All apms accounts operate in PKR. There is no option to switch currencies. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts and game balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity issue during a game round, the round may be voided and your wager returned to your account. apms reserves the right to void game results that were produced under error conditions. Winnings generated as a result of a known error or exploit are not valid and will not be paid out.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will typically be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded in your account history when you reconnect. apms is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

Abusive, offensive or disruptive behaviour toward dealers or other players will result in removal from the game and potential account action.

In-play betting markets are available for selected fixtures. Odds change dynamically during live matches. apms may suspend in-play markets at any time for integrity or operational reasons. Bets already placed at the time of suspension remain valid unless the event is subsequently voided.
A bet may be voided if the event does not take place within a specified period, if the result cannot be determined, if the match is abandoned before completion, or if the bet was accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These are displayed within the relevant betting section. apms reserves the right to limit winnings to the stated maximum payout regardless of the original bet odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on apms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:
apms monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances accumulated through that conduct will not be paid out, regardless of the amount involved.
apms reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where these terms have been violated, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where identity verification cannot be completed, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
If you feel that your gaming is becoming a concern, you can request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion through our support team.
